Great hotel for your stay in Lisbon. Terrific location, centrally located to neighborhoods and on the Liberdade, very customer centric staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable beds and accommodations. I would give Altis Avenida a strong recommendation.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful and the concierge (Frederico) gave us fantastic lunch/dinner and recreation recommendations.

Best hospitality and service in town. We enjoyed our stay thanks to very attentive and friendly staff, nice service and good accommodation facilities.Breakfast was very tasty and various. Rooms spacious and good equipped. We will definitely come back again!

This hotel really offers a 5 star service. From the moment we arrived until we left 4 days later all our interactions with the staff were great and everyone was so helpful. We arrived a few hours early to check in and to our surprise got shown to our room within about 15 minutes just giving us time to enjoy some complimentary goodies. We had booked a superior room which had a lovely view and nice decor. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. We had breakfast included in our rate and the range on offer was superb. The hotel is conveniently located about a 15 minute walk to the riverfront and next to the Avenue de Liberade so a great base from which to explore Lisbon on foot.

Altis Avenida is a wonderful hotel. It is centrally located nearby Rossio metro station, as well as the number 28 tram route. If you are okay with walking (being able to walk uphill in Lisbon is essential), the hotel is perfectly located as more or less everything is within 20-25 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is fantastic, both clean and modern. We had a Superior Room and it was spacious, bright and comfortable. The shower was fantastic also. The rooftop bar is brilliant with great views over the city, as well as delicious drinks. Food is served there too and although we did not order any, it looked very nice. Next to the rooftop bar was the restaurant/breakfast area and there was a good range of foods available with 5 or 6 hot options, a fruit/yoghurt/cereal bar, 5 or 6 breads, a continental selection, as well as sweet treats like de nata’s, waffles and croissants. There is also an egg menu so you can ask for fried, poached, Benedict etc. However, the best thing about the hotel was the staff. In particular, Catarina and Antonio from the Guest experience team and Bea and another women (sorry I have forgotten your name!) from the hostess team at the bar. We travelled to Lisbon for a number of reasons including a birthday, but also our engagement and all of these people went the extra mile for us at every opportunity being so friendly and kind, making our special trip that bit more special and unforgettable. Without them the trip would not have been the same and they are a credit to the hotel. We will be retuning to Lisbon and the Altis Avenida Hotel and the staff there are a key reason for this.
